Ingredientes:

Fideos (los que más te gusten)

1 cebolla

2 dientes de ajo

1 lata de tomate triturado o 3 tomates frescos

1 chorrito de aceite

Sal, pimienta y orégano (a gusto)

Un poco de azúcar (opcional, para cortar la acidez)

Preparación:

Poné a hervir agua con sal y cociná los fideos hasta que estén al dente.

En una sartén, calentá aceite y sofreí la cebolla y el ajo picados.

Agregá el tomate triturado, sal, pimienta y orégano.

Cociná a fuego lento unos 15-20 minutos (si querés, tirale una cucharadita de azúcar).

Mezclá los fideos con el tuco, serví y coroná con queso rallado si hay.

🍝 Tip: el sabor mejora si dejás el tuco reposar un ratito.
