Well, that's a good question! It usually varies based on a few criteria. Firstly, if Steam decides to cooperate and actually let me online, second if I'm not at work or at school or otherwise preocupied, and thirdly if I'm actually trying to play Steam games. Sometimes I'll have Steam closed because I'll decide to play a different game that isn't available through Steam. So, that's why I'm almost never on...life's just too busy to do Steam. :c
