I didn't get into Overwatch until OW2 and still can't help but leave a review because Blizzard is just a trash company. The worst AAA studio out there and I'm a long time Ubisoft fan, so that's saying something. Gamer's hate you, with the quality of indie games can anyone recommend a "similar" game that isn't a pile but has similar mechanics?

Keep coming back to try this game. It still is plagued by a lot of the things from launch. Biggest and yet still unfortunate downside is with the nature of the game you're often in open spaces and the AI has everything a cracked out CS2 hacker has. Aimbot, xray, invulnerability, lag switching, you name it, they have it. I know, GiT GoOd.

I fear we are forever plagued by the downside of live service games. Not having the ability to host a private server for stability and a consistent experience.

I love the concept of the game, but the main issues aren't getting resolved at the moment. A consistent stable experience, a game where missions load in properly, AI behavior being terrible. If I am 200 meters out with a suppressed weapon while I understand they would know I'm nearby and the "direction" I'm in, but they wouldn't be able to one-tap me unless their robocop.

With that being said, I still say you've worked to hard to earn the money this game costs and the experience while could be fun and hopefully will be with a few friends, at the current moment the frustration outweighs the enjoyment in my opinion. Wait on this one.

Every few years I buy a Madden game and man do they just keep getting worse. What's sad is as a casual Madden player and football fan I don't hate the game play. <<< AGAIN as a casual player haha

What makes this game IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy? The terrible menu navigation. The people EA hires to design the user experiences of their titles is just absolutely terrible at their job and never actually use the menus they put together. This is just simply atrocious and makes me so angry at how poorly they perform. Why to explain one subject in Ultimate Team do I need to load 5 different menus each with just an (A) or (B) selection?

EA, here's a tip to make you a bunch more money, hire competent UX designers for your menus and you will make a lot more in your cash grab attempts. This is a VERY specific thing to go off on but why when I play an hour of UT I spend 30-40% of that time just navigating your garbage menus? Did anyone who worked on the game try to actually use the menus and if so... was the thought really, this is super cool and simple to use?

What a trash game. Developers, please start caring about your games. How is that 2042, MW2, NBA 2k23 and so many other games from large devs can't get their stuff to work. Bugged within the first hour where the MyPlayer Career games were stuck in slo-mo AND it wouldn't allow me skip to where my player gets subbed in.

120 GB of pure garbage. How is a game with this many bugs, same modes and career as last year this much space. I would expect more in the graphics are and textures with this much space but the models and graphics are worst than a 10 year old first opening blender.

TL;DR Game is buggy, graphics are from 2015 and we NEED a new NBA game from a dev that cares.

How do these multi-billion dollar franchises care less about these games year after year. Sadly, the new game play is great, but you'll spend a good majority of your time having buggy graphics, crashes, or a random number of other issues that myself and everyone I've played with have experienced. The game play is good, the quality of the name was "good enough" for the studio to release this.

Not worth your money yet.

It's almost full price for early access and the UI and difficulty scaling is horrible. There isn't an enjoyable build of this game at the moment. The AI is terrible for the uses you would need in this game. Why a single person can be attacking your buildings and your military is right next to them doing nothing. The first two waves are fine and by the time the third comes in you haven't had enough time. I get you're trying to make the game difficult, but the scaling is way off for almost full price.

I wouldn't buy this just yet, It's like every system is 80% done and that last 20% is what you need or want to really enjoy this game. it has potential but not in it's current stage. You would have more fun playing something like "Going Medieval" to kill time. It's not meant to be difficult like this game but the build out is better thought out.

This is a great addition to the series. Great sequel to the first Dying Light. It's an enjoyable single-player with a lot to do. (haven't tried co-op)

Pros:
- Game is inviting to new players (leaving settings on default)
- "RPG" element is nice but just touching the surface (probably to be inviting)
- Environment is super fun feels lived in and there really feels like two world colliding (faction and infected)
- Combat feels nice and intuitive (in most cases, see cons)
- It can be suspenseful at times but not scary (similar to the first) which I really enjoy. I'm not much of a horror game fan so this game is that perfect blend. Even some story cut scenes can get your heart pumping imo

Cons:
- Like every new game, has it's bugs. It is FAR, like really far better than most current releases (a few instances of getting stuck while running and jumping around and being hit will glitch objectives at times)
- While the mechanics feel good, some of the keyboard inputs feel wonky, unintuitive with certain combat and movement functions
- Open world feels a lot like Far Cry, while it feels lived in and nice there is a lot of the same open world tasks or "open-world bloat" as reviewers are calling it

8.5/10

A lot of people are saying it's super buggy and maybe I've been lucky but I've only encountered minor things nothing game breaking (mentioned above) and each bug fixed itself with some button mashing.

With this year in a land of buggy crappy AAA games coming out on launch without content and a lack of good single player games imo, that bumps it to a 10/10 for me.

I really appreciate the interesting perspective of prop hunt mixed with Dead by Daylight asymmetrical play style. But balancing is off and current players are intolerable with how toxic they are. Turned me off the game within the hour.

Played this game almost 300 hours. That was when it was new. Content is slow to roll out and keep you coming back for more

GET THIS GAME! This seriously is just a casual stupid game that gives you the feeling of fighting your siblings in mario kart on nitendo. You battle out in single player modes, team battles and more and the clumsy physics make it fun to fail!

Do you know those dumb games you download on your phone that end in .io? This game is what those wish to be and I really hope they bring this game to mobile!
