Don't look at my hours... please

I reached 14 days of playtime within the first 4 weeks of the game being released just to be permanently banned without a warning or temp ban...
I was banned for using the Overwolf minimap which does give an advantage over players so the ban was justified and aligns with their code of conduct however my issue is with the fact that the support team are completely useless and will not listen to what I have to say so I’m posting it here...
I would not have an issue with this ban if they didn’t contradict themselves when posting on their forum stating that individuals who have used the Overwolf minimap before November 12th will not be penalised.

Note: I was banned before November 12th.

The Statements:
“All that said, we have discussed the matter with Overwolf and have decided to not penalize mini-map mods from this 3rd party, provided that they stick to the following rules”.
“At this time I can confirm that we have not banned anyone for using the mini-map mod from Overwolf”.

Both of these statements were made on November 12th.

Due to the fact that I used the Overwolf minimap and was banned before November 12th which on that day a forum post was made stating that no bans have occurred from using the minimap mod from Overwolf my ban should be revoked as long as I discontinue the use of this minimap mod.

Thoughts? Help me sort this out… if you think I’m wrong and can explain why please let me know

Reason for not recommending: time spent in the game will be lost forever due to the support team replying with pre-written responses and ignoring valid ban appeals.

reached 190 hours in only 13 days... speaks for itself.. good game with minor glitches but nothing to cry about.. overall 10 outta 10
