Absolutely a blast. Honestly way more fun than i was expecting from a very small and low priced game.
Runs smooth as butter, plays the same. Progression is engaging, fun, and constant. Abilities are unique, the weapons each have their own feel, perks, and play styles. The upgrade system is amazing, and scales really well. Sound design, its perfect. Simple sounds, combined with honestly epic fights and arenas. There is very little I can complain about with this game. Plus, they just added the one thing I said this game was missing, looping. 10/10 from me.

Honestly, it's fun but the cover screen is not what you are actually purchasing.

If you are looking at this game thinking it's going to be a killing floor 1-2 improvement or successor you will be disappointed.
In it's current state it's Doom meets CoD zombies with a side of fortnite battle pass.
While it is fun it's not $40-$80 fun. I have already purchased it and have been enjoying some bits here and there and will occasionally log back in and play a round or two it's not going to be a main game or regular game like I was hoping.

For how long they really had for development, the current system feels like the ripped a few assets out of kf2 and gave em a model update and pressed green.

The weapon selection is abysmal, 4 total weapons for 6 classes. Now, I didn't play at Kf2s launch but at the end of the game when everything was good to go and people were happy there were 10 classes and 68 weapons between all of them. Ok, why did a new game feel like such a step backwards it's like falling off a cliff.

And the infamous monetization issue. Ok, this needs to be a message to ALL corporate game devs. If your game is free, monetization is fine, you need to make money somehow. If your game is PAID, the only monetization I should see is a large DLC a year down the road. I'm fine with a free cosmetic shop that's unlocked by playing the game or unlocking specific challenges. A form of progression based customisation. Not a paid battle pass in an already paid game.

Additions I did like
The firing range, it's nice to be able to test and see how my guns can play and perform.
Weapon customization and crafting, I like building my weapon for different things, it does breathe a little bit of life into the lack of variety at least a little bit.
Boss designs are cool, chimera with his hands with hands is a well done boss, all of them are unique. Now we need more of them. 3 at base game is not enough especially with a $40 price tag.

Things I dislike.
Dosh economy. I made this cool new weapon in the crafter, it's now so expensive I might never see it with how expensive things are and how little dosh is earned per wave.
Starting budget is so low that it just doesn't even matter, ready up as soon as you load in, you can't buy anything anyway.

Overall I give it a 4/10

Played the first one and absolutely loved it. the second one is just all improvements on the base system and its still amazing.

This was one of my favorite games to play on my tablet and phone growing up. now that its on steam and massively improved it brings me so much joy to see its still the same block fortress i grew up with and loved. thank you dear friend, for keeping my childhood car rides and waiting rooms fun.

Gameplay looks like it would be fun, like it could be something great. unfortunately my 32Gigs of Ram is not enough to play this game as it maxes it out every time.

Gameplay is amazing and fun, and updates just keep improving things. I love just making my box and defending it to my last breath. traps, pits, turrets, Me, and spikes all make for a truly one of a kind experience.

It is a ton of fun, when it doesn't crash and die. I'm rocking a 4090 with a Ryzen 9 7900X 12-core. by any metric this game should run smooth as warm butter. it doesnt. it is a glitchy mess after these last 4 updates and I cant even finish a mission without crashing/Disconnecting/being unable to complete the mission. I would love to be able to play the game and see the new content but its so poorly coded right now i just cant.

Game has so many fun moments but in the same breathe it can be the most unfun infuriating and stupid BS.

of all the nations i have tried the french are some of the weakest tanks until you get to the higher BRs then its a blast.
Russians are absolutely the strongest early and mid game, and american tanks are generally good all the way through.

Amazing app, Very easy to use and install the mods. Most of the mods have great development, while others are just neat little addons
