Slightly unstable in some parts, as it was prone to crashing on my setup, but overall, I loved it. It's very story heavy which is something I enjoy. The weapons, animations, sound design, and overall game feels very tactile and physical, and its a lot of fun to play.

Highly graphic, but a great game. There's a rhythm to the gameplay, and the addition of the weapon wheel along with the slowing of time allows for brief strategic choices. Instead of playing on the default difficulty, I recommend setting it to “Nightmare” (or ultra-violence).

Super Smash Bros esque-sit-down-on-the-couch-with-friends-with-a-couple-of-controllers fun.

Great indie title with a very nice soundtrack and a highly minimalistic aesthetic. The price point is fair, and supporting independent developers is always great.

Solid local multiplayer with relatively easy controls. The best way to play is with a friend in the same room, and makes for a great party game.

Absolutely one of my favorite PC games, as the experience is right up there with games like Half-Life when playing. I'm not much of a FPS gamer, but I'd highly reccomend it to anyone (with a mid to high end computer). Very story heavy, the world feels alive. Obviously a project the developers loved dearly.

Excellent remake with a wonderful vibe. The higher production value and endless re-playability turns it into a modern rogue-like classic.
