Prototype gear separates a rather unified player base across all difficulties. This creates a new barrier for those who have no intention of min maxxing a horrific RNG loot system which respects no ones time.

Do not let anyone convince you an ounce of this game is good.

Actually one of the most embarrassing games from a technical and performant level. Garbage, pure garbage. They actually worked on this and released it this way. Weeks of radio silence, no alpha, no beta just raw dogging it this way.

A better Warzone and that's all it really needed to be. Assets from the map are going into MP. The biggest issue is no solo mode and disabling fill. Relying on others is a barrier to entry many don't want to engage with.

Anyone calling this game like COD or trying to appeal to COD players are troglodytes.

Really solid FPS with great movement that is ruined by portals. Performance is really poor but at least the visibility is good for usual slop that is made with UE5. Portals so far have allow players from across to map to beam you for fun because they clicked their portal key twice and there was nothing you could've done about it and allow players to escape situations while keeping the advantage while fleeing. They are nothing more than annoyance and a very boring traversal tool for maps that are sometimes too large to make justification for portals. If they add a non portal mode I'd probably play this game a good bit but considering its built on that gimmick I doubt they'd pull a no build like Fortnite.

Manipulative EOMM that ruins an otherwise good game. There's no point in trying to get good if they are going to throw you bot matches in both standard and ranked play. Net Ease sucks.

Incredibly neat game that strikes a good balance between tactical and arcadey. The map generation isn't too crazy as there is still a core identity per map but no round will play the same as the generation will give and take for both sides and as resources dwindle between teams. Hope this game tries to stick around as its a really good spin on the 5v5 Bomb FPS genre.
