rubbish server and so many cheaters(modders)

update: After all those thousands of hours playing this game, the server still ♥♥♥♥ af and more and more cheaters joining this game and causing chaos.
Also I don't know which genius programmer or game designer always throws me back into a public section after a mission, seriously wtf???????
