200 g de harina de trigo sin levadura
250 ml de agua
50 g de mantequilla
1 ralladura de limón
Sal c.s.
3 huevos
Aceite para freír
Espolvorear azúcar
Canela para espolvorear
Preparación:
1. En una sartén, lleve el agua al fuego.
Condimente con unas piedras de sal.
Agrega la piel de limón y la mantequilla.
Déjalo hervir.
2. En cuanto empiece a hervir, quitar la piel de limón y añadir la harina.
Revuelva hasta que se desprenda de la sartén.
Poner la masa en un bol y dejar enfriar un poco.
