He/She did not buy anything with my account;
He/She seem to not have traded items away from my Account;
He/She only added himself as Familie-Sharing so my games could be played.
Because of the Familie-Sharing and not using my Account, my Saves got not changed(Cloud).
Overall i would say, yes i lost 2 days of Gaming but the experience could have been alot worse.
