At first, I didn't think Civ 6 was an upgrade to Civ 5. But as is the way with the Civilization series, the new version always become the better after a few tweaks, and just getting used to the new play style. Civ is like crack to me.

There's not much else I can say about this game that hasn't already been said. It doesn't look great when you watch videos/trailers of it, but believe me it's a classic for a reason.

First things first... even in Early Access, this game is an absolute must-buy.

I have been playing the original game for years and even though it was a fairly simple 2D roguelike platformer, there was something about it that just made me constantly come back for more time and time again. I wasn't sure how this game would translate to 3D and I was quite worried about the sequel when I read that it was going to be 3D. The 2D aspect of the original is a big part of the gameplay.

Hopoo Games have done an outstanding job of bringing everything that you loved about the original 2D game to a 3D platform and SOMEHOW THEY HAVE MADE IT EVEN BETTER. This game is like crack to me. Add the easier multiplayer setup and this game is sure to go down as a classic.

This game has me hooked and I can't seem to enjoy any other game at the moment. I can't stop thinking about getting my next unlock. All of the different classes have their own advantages and some of the traits are very helpful/hilarious. Seriously, IBS cracks me up every time.

The game is ridiculously hard on some plays, the ability to buy "the architect" who locks the castle to the previous run (for a fee!) is a great idea and lets you pick a child with perks that allow you to reach that chest that was impossible to reach with the last character.

I highly recommend this rogue-like, I am very surprised at the amount of time I have enjoyed playing this game for the amount of money I put down to buy it.
