Go to options -> Keyboard -> Advanced -> Turn on dev console.

Hit tilde (~) to the left of 1 on your keyboard, and type "sv_lan 0" in No More Room In Hell.

Type "changelevel nmo_cabin" to put the server change into effect.

Make sure your IP is port-forwarded (google how to do that, or use hamachi). I noticed you were running into a Class C problem, which is why I added you to friends.
