Where do I even begin with this masterpiece of a game? I downloaded it thinking, “Oh, just another mobile RPG. Let’s see what all the fuss is about." HA! Big mistake. Com2us, you’ve created an addiction stronger than my need for sleep!

First off, the summoning system is like the crack cocaine of gaming. I swear, every time I pull a scroll, I get hit with this rush of dopamine. "Will this be the 5-star monster I’ve been dreaming of?!" I yell, shaking with excitement, praying to RNGesus for my 6th or 7th Lucien. (Com2us, if you hear me, PLEASE stop giving me endless Light Archers!)

But even when I get another 5-star, the thrill doesn't end. Oh no, my friends. This game constantly gives you the taste of victory and then yanks it away just as quickly! I can’t tell you how many times I've gotten so close to winning a fight only to be one-turn KO'd by a monster with a cute little halloween outfit. Byunchul, you cheeky little bugger, how many times do I have to teach you that revenge doesn’t pay?!

And don’t even get me started on Arena. I think I’ve lost more sleep over the Arena ladder. Each time I think, "This is it, I’m climbing to the top," and then I get demolished by some super-hyped team of Vanessa, Byunchul, Camilla and Nora. It’s like they’ve mastered the dark arts and are laughing in my face as I fumble through my defense like a noob.

But WAIT—here’s where the addiction kicks in. Because after a few defeats, I don’t rage quit. Oh no, I improve. I farm harder. I grind more runes. I cry a little (okay, maybe a lot) as I tweak my monsters for just one more extra stat point. I farm my life away, gathering materials like a hoarder trying to fill their basement with 6-star runes that might make a difference.

Let’s talk about Guild Wars—because if you think you’ve seen stress in video games, you haven’t met Guild Wars. It’s like this epic game of chess, but every time you lose, you also lose all your pride. If your guild loses, it's like being dumped by your soulmate while simultaneously being hit with a fireball. And when your guild wins, oh man... the victory dance is REAL. It’s like you've conquered the world and nothing can stop you now.

Also, can we just take a moment to appreciate the sheer amazingness of monster designs? Some of these creatures are so well done, they should have their own Netflix series! Sigmarus? Absolutely majestic. Laika? He’s so hot right now, I need him in every single team just for his dramatic entrance. I’m in love with these pixelated divinities. They’re like little creatures with big hearts, except their hearts are made of fireballs and thunder and darkness. And let’s talk about the Sky Arena—is it just me, or is this the most mind-blowingly epic background for a battle ever? Like, I’m getting ready to slay monsters, and I feel like I’m on top of the world. Literally.

But here’s the secret: the grind NEVER ends. You’ll think you’re done. You’ll think you’re maxed out. You’re NOT. It’s the endless cycle of power, glory, and the joy of frustration. I’ve spent hours grinding for runes, and yet I still feel like I’m just getting started. The game is the perfect mix of satisfaction and self-inflicted agony. Summoners War is like your best friend who simultaneously lifts you up and throws you down a well of despair. And you love them for it.
