I can't remember how many times I lay awake at night, silently crying myself to sleep. I felt hopeless, like nothing in my life mattered. I was trapped in a dark abyss for which there was no exit. There was something missing from my life, but I didn't know what. I used to find happiness in many ways: swimming in crisp, blue water, flying a kite on a windy day, strolling through the park, listening to the bird's songs, but not anymore. None of these things matter. My mind, my actions, my life has been consumed by two little words... Dank Memes. I wasted years of my life on ordinary pedestrian activities. Now I realize the foolish ways of my younger self. My time is best spent scrolling through pages of the dankest memes. Pepes, Dat Boi, Spongegar all flash before my eyes. Pumping adrenaline through my veins, and hope through my heart. I now can embrace my true purpose. This is the reason the meme lords put me on this planet. This is who I am. I am Dank Memes.
