I've nearly 200 hours pumped into this glorious game, and I can honestly say after the huge 1.2 update a couple months ago, there's no longer any excuse not to have it. It's cheap, fun, and offers nearly endless entertainment.

There are a lot of comparisons to Minecraft, people calling it 2-D minecraft or whatever, and they're way off the mark and obviously have not played the game very substaintially.

The thing that sets this game apart from Minecraft if a comparison must be made is that it has pretty clearly laid out objectives. While you are still definitely free to do whatever you want whenever you want for however long you want, there is much more structure than in minecraft.

10+ bosses to kill, dozens of armor sets to collect, dungeons to raid, NPC's to house and buy from, over a hundred mobs to kill, well over a thousand items to collect, this game is absolutely bursting with content, almost all of which is fun and engaging.

The grind for materials doesn't feel too tedious, because you're always being distracted by something new and exciting, and it all flows together really well.

Multiplayer is definitely something that should be considered, it does add a lot if not a majority of the fun to the game.

I highly, highly recommend this game. Buy it. Now.
