That cheating engineer couldnt have cheats by teleporting the buildings.
Knowing that he has basic cheats like Aimbot wallhack and probably bhop, he could get from sewers (our team had really poor defense and they had nest in our sewers) using bhop to speed up himself he could easily get to our intel basement in seconds. If he decided to go through the bridge and if anyone stands on his way he could literally turn into dust anyone by having crithack, aimbot and wh by just sitting in his base waiting for enemy, then umping when enemy is close enoguh then shooting the enemy that had no idea that he was there.
By that i mean there is no way he could teleport his buildings and explaining couple ways he could use to get through our base
(also he admitted he cheated by telling you that he always knew that you spectated him)

All this time I wanted to tell you that cheats can be different and with their degree of threat, yes, the tf2 game engine does not allow you to have such stubborn cheats as in other games, but this does not exclude the fact that that engineer could have cheats for building and teleporting buildings, these could be little-known or private cheats that is, the whole point of this message is that the cheats are different and have different degrees of danger and spread (fame)

I didnt mention EVERY cheat feature because like 80% of cheats have alot of features and they're really good and the developers of these cheats wont like that their cheat they made through sweat, blood and piss has been patched and its already detectable (alot of cheaters would use it becasue they have alot of features) so they make them "private" and make them usable once paid (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ does that to their full version cheat for 20 dollars, BUT you still can do use free version but its not good enough to kill and dominate everyone like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ developers say)

1. Changing client codes doesnt affect any of the gameplay (such as dmg of weapons), because all of the code that affect the gameplay are in the servers of valve so you cant just make scout 10 times faster and make him teleport
2. TF2 is written on Source engine, and Payday 2 is written on Diesel 2.0 engine. Source engine ≠ Diesel 2.0
3. These are only(?) cheats that cheaters can use: Wallhack, ESP, ВХ, Aimbot (Hitscan, Projectile, Melee), Triggerbot (Auto airblast, Autodetonate, Autoshoot, Autostab, AutoUbercharge), Skinchanger (Changes the item look ONLY for cheater ex.: adding unusuals to hat, weapon, changing war paint for weapon.), Spinbot, FakeLag, Backtrack, Crithack, Splash Prediction, Followbot, Freecam. These fatures I mentioned are NOT only features cheaters can use, those features are from Fedoraware cheat, you literally can write "FREE TF2 CHEAT DOWNLOAD NO VIRUS" into google and fedoraware will pop up first (atleast for me).

Said a person who cannot recognize a cheater in a tight way and does not know how much the draining of the game code affects the programming of scripts for the game and writing cheats, I will say an example on payday there are Cheats that literally allow you to fly destroy bots teleport bags and much more in any game Cheats are of varying degrees of danger, some can directly break the game system outside in it, if you don't understand it, I'm sorry for you, since you don't know much about cheats and games
