i love running my lil blacksmith
story is decent and thematic but doesnt hook you very much
i can finally sell off all my loot since all the traders are broke
quests are repetitive if you don't get lucky

stunning area, stealth complaints dont make sense as i was just able to sprint around most of the time without anyone seeing me. its the best story out of the dlc

the most visually compelling story i have ever played in a game

i pushed so many coins
and i would make a coin tower and push that
and i would get shiny coins and push those
and i would cheat by throwing giant coins in and push those
and i would shake the machine until sirens went off and security had to escort me out

then i played this game and its pretty similar

VERY Quick Review:
Runs smoothly on my PC (i9 13900K / RTX 4090 / 64GB DDR5 / 980 Pro SSD). Fixed an audio bug via file verification—no issues since.

PROS:

Cinematic: Intros, Victory screens, sword clashes, and dodge counters feel and look great.

Soul Breaks: Ultimates are slick and visually satisfying.

Unique Kits: Characters have distinct abilities that keep gameplay fresh.

CONS:

Roster Feels Thin: Wasted potential with picks like Kira—where’s Baraggan/Tenjiro/Jirobo? Needs Thousand-Year Blood War characters in the future.

No Crossplay: Limits multiplayer fun.

Stability: Lower end PCs are having stability issues (crashes, lag)—optimization needs work for weaker setups.

Start to finish, the main quest line is the best interactive cinematic piece of storytelling i have ever played, and i didnt even realize it until it was over

edit: They got robbed at the game awards, the judgments rendered therein are oft swayed by the winds of popularity and the clamor of the masses. It reflects what was most visible and most talked about, not necessarily what was best.
