Homebrewing the Sunless Citadel and Forge of Fury 3.5e campingn into one 5e campaign

Description: Sunless Citadel, Forge of Fury and The Speaker in Dreams was known to be the best adventures for beginners in 3.5e. But, 5e newcomers never get to feel an awesome old adventures by WotC.
I would love to bring Those campaign to 5e. Meaning also homebrewing all of the mechanic used by enemy and encounters of 3.5e to 5e. It is a big ambitions.
But, I would love for newcomers in my circles to appreciate the predecessor that spark my interest in the series in the first place.
Sunless Citadel are a seires of short adventure involving one dungeons. So, I would want to merge all of the short campaign into one big adventures they can have in 5e. This mean to deviate and old levelling and class system of 3.5e to 5e. Making the levelling and class system easier for them to understand.

[Phase 1]
Progress:
-Going over the 3.5e campaign and noting important stuff to carry forward to 5e.
-Reconstructing the Prestige class of 3.5e into extra ability alignment exist in 5e.*
-Reconstructing the complex combat mechanic of 3.5e into 5e.**
-Reconstructing 3.5e Monster Manual incl. alignment, stats and biology of certain monsters.***
-Enhancing the NPC introduced in 3.5e campaign to be much more fluid rather than linear storytelling.

*noting that 5e has abolished the prestige classes systems
**the combat are much more fluid and toned-down the difficulty of understanding certain jargon of 3.5e
***following the simplicity of stats introduced in 5e, a lot of monster biology and stats going to be removed or changes into 5e stats system

After phase 1 complete. Phase 2 going to involve a survey from 5e players across the community on what their takes on the system they find a struggles and what are their takes on the premade adventures from 5e.

Target of the surveys are for people who only played 5e as their first in the series. Veteran before the 5e question would differs from the said survey such as "what would they love to see comeback" or "what mechanic they are glad to be removed from previous installment".

While the players that specifically plays 4e and love it. Would be ask whats a good mechanic from 4e. Since, 4e known for notoriously complex and harder than any other installment of the seires. We would love to slip in a good bit of 4e into 5e.

Phase 3 involve reassess the Phase 1 with new info gathered from Phase 2. Reconstructing to majority of the surveys says good or bad

Phase 4, involve a lot of help from community to evaluate our campaign brews and overview.

Phase 5, the content created would be released to public for free as 5e custom campaign.

*Phase 6*, if the notice from WotC to take down our campaign posted on the forums. We would changes the settings, npc and the classes taken from 3.5e to avoid copyright infringement. Meaning we would go over again to avoid conflicts from original campaign while still forging it to be spiritual successor. It was meant to keep the soul of the original and by no means to be better than originals. Meaning theETA would +3 month after the phase 5 completed.

*Phase 7*, following the the success of the Phase 5 (or 6, depending on circumstances), we would keep it updated to have additional goals below. Albeit merge it into this ambitious campaign or create another advenstures involving new one.

Additional goal:
+Adding the rest of 3.5e campaign to the mix such as The Standing Stone, Heart of Nightfang Spire, Deep Horizon, Lord of the Iron Fortress and Bastion of Broken Souls.
+Ghostwalk into 5e
+All of pathfinder interesting campaign
