Game of the Decade

- Full of Bots;
- Poorly optimized despite the graphics being quite bad for modern standards;
- Outdated combat;
- Extremely P2W, the main currency is literally also bought with real life money;
- F2P progression demands the use of alts and to be played in different regions where the prices are higher;
- Extremely time consuming, full of daily and weekly chores;
- Systems that are overly confusing, full of loops and lack clarity;
- Everything is based on schedules, ingame time and ingame weather;
- PvP guilds are motivated to harass random players whenever they feel like;
- Brainrot PvE with no challenges;
- Field bosses feel very unrewarding and depressing to do.

If your goal is to not play in a pvp alliance of nearly 300 people, just to wake up and do the same brainrot unskilled PvP over and over, do not bother loading this game as it does not value your time whatsoever.

Palworld is an insanely good game, combining the good things of survival games, pokemon, genshin impact and rpgs.
This game is in early access and is already better than more than 95% of fully released games, as soon as some features get added/improved (mostly multiplayer) and some optimization improvements (fps stutters) this will definitely be in contention for GOTY.
Nintendo missed out big time on this brilliant concept.

Good for horizontal content, challenging PvE content and pretty fun combat for a top down mmo, afterwards will just be a repetitive dailies spam on main/alt characters and swiping kingdom for whales.

- p2w as the only way to access new content on release;
- use of alt characters are a must for f2p players to min-max progression;
- full of bots that consequently ruin the in-game economy;
- poor support, understaffed;
- bad publisher, its AGS after all;
- Money grab systems, such as pheons and mari's shop (for the dumb people, blue crystals can be indeed bought through gold, however any blue crystal in the game is generated by real money, except for those given rarely by the game log in rewards and also the fact u need to open the cash shop to get both pheons and access mari's shop is a marketing strategy to make players tempted to use the cash shop itself, which isn't totally wrong since all companies do that, but it just proves my point on why they're such money grab systems);
- The way the european community got divided post game release due to the impression that a single EU region would be enough, eventually leading to huge queues and a new region that divided the community, and also why is EUW server located in Dublin, Ireland, most western europe would have much better ping if it was in France or so, feels like these decisions weren't thought at all and if they were they're genuinely laughable;
- The fact that they knew about deadzones on certain ilvl's were unhealthy for the game based on KR server and yet introduced us to them and somehow making our game version even more p2w than in korea, since we got the old honing rates and less ways of obtaining materials, that's a record only Lost Ark could achieve, making p2w bigger in the west than in asia.

If you think otherwise you're in denial, and you're probably trying to create a false reality so you feel better that your time wasn't wasted, don't be, I had a lot of fun during the first month but these things start to become more and more clear and that in end of the day this game is just your standard korean p2w mmo with many cash grab mechanics and not what many people anticipated.

Let's see how things will go on now that the hype is fading, although saving the game from the bad reputation it has been getting recently will be quite difficult and probably more challenging than any PvE mechanic that is in it.
