On the post regarding the CBT closing they said "OBT will be started at Nov 21st 10:00 AM (GMT+9)" So the game will come a day later on Steam

Well guys the closed beta just closed the gates about an hour ago, i checked the game forum and the Open Beta will start in november 21, it was a fun for the past few days :steamsad:
