In Amplitude: a visual novel you can choose to play as a male protagonist and spend time with his male best friend, Eric, which will slowly make MC realize that he has feelings for him. MC can proclaim his love, if the player chooses to do so but it's pretty one-sided.

I've just found this game, the author describes it as a medieval fantasy themed visual novel with emphasis on LGBT characters and people of color.

A Study in Steampunk: Choice by Gaslight - male protagonist, one male romance option
Stardew Valley - you can choose to play a male protagonist, 4 guys to romace/marry
In Bully you can't actually romance any of the boys but there are 4 guys (one in each cliche) that you can court and kiss to restore health. I had a lot of fun doing it, I think it's worth mentioning :D
