A word from your captain.

Okay where to start.

This team could not be anything other than disfunctional... okay maybe a negative comment wasn't the best thing to say right off the bat but I'm sure all of your were thinking it.
With the co-captain leaving unexpectedly, and the captain not being very *cough* reliable, I'm so fucking suprised most of the guys still stick around.

Let me put it this way, the game CounterStrike is what it is to me, a game. If its anything more to you then please leave this team right now. Lose or win, I don't care, if I have something important that comes up in my LIFE, I re-arrange my priorities. I hope to GOD most of you feel the same way. Is that my excuse for being possibly the worst captain? Yes, actually, it is. But in addition to that I can sit here and say this is a damn good group of people, because the road that this team is riding on is the bumpiest piece of shit road I've ever seen.
But guess what, we still kick the hell out of the teams we face. One point loss with the way things are going now? I'd call that a win if you ask me. Can you imagine what we could do if we were ontop of things all the time?

So if you read all of what I'd like to call my first real action being captain, then let's do something about our losses, lets give the other teams something to talk about.
The comback of xceL. Who's with me?

xceL Practices

With the addition of our own server (located at 205.234.152.83:27015) we're gonna start having practices for the team.

The way me and Oh-Nad came up with is split it up in departments.

Monday: Defensive practice. We'll focus on defending crossing methods and passes and how to help your goalie!
Friday: Offensive practice. This is where we'll practice defensive passes, crosses, and shots on goal, etc.

Along with that, the day before the game we'll host an all-team practice to kind of warm us up and get ready for the upcoming match. Maybe a small scrim, or whatever we need to work on before we head out.

Me and Oh-Nad kindly ask that all participate if you can. If you're gonna miss a practice LET US KNOW. Thanks!
