Ideally you would want at least 500 wins, and at least 4000 MMR, with 3500 MMR being the minimum, and a strong drive to improve. The GDC will probably organize a large WPI Dota2 Tournament once it comes out of closed beta.

There isn't any planned, and I don't think we have enough players for more than a 4-Team tournament at best, but if you want one, I'm up for it. We just have to organize teams.
