Adding friends is simple. From the main screen or pause menu, open your account and find the account page. Navigate to the friends tab. You should be able to enter your friends' WolfQuest usernames into a search box. If the game finds someone with that name, it'll send a friend request for you. Or, you can add someone you're currently playing with from the Pack Stats page in the pause menu.
