we can't report someone just because of you said that you got scamed

oh he cheated you by giving fake information, but remember you have to confirm two times as you agreed to giveaway those as gift on trade windown then mobile/email conform so I think steam support cant help you, as there was your big mistake too.
Be careful, dont be rush, read well before you click accept / ok
