I have recieved a bit of feedback with my previous post, and some of you (cough cough 24 cough cough) wanted a link to the result. This is the first rendition of the header that I feel confident enough for us to use temporarily. There are still a few things to tweak, the blood in my opinion looks unnatural around the darker steel areas but hopefully that'll be an easy fix--if it even needs fixing.

I expect the finished product to be completed by 23:00 of the 12th of August. I will take suggestions until 11:00 of the 12th, but keep in mind my limited experience and tools. I will continue to take suggestions after 11:00, but there's a high probability that I will not incorporate them, especially if they're too complicated.

I've been tasked with working on a header for our Twitter page, but in order to do so I need some feedback. So far, I've done our name and a blood-splotch pattern[i.imgur.com], but before continuing I'm going to need some feedback to make sure this is perfect.

There are two things that I need feedback on:

1) The blood splotches/text. Is there anything wrong with it? Anything that needs improvement? What would you change?

3) The background. I have nothing for the background so far. I was thinking of something like concrete or steel background, but if you guys have any other suggestions I'll consider them.

I'll also consider any suggestions you guys have with the header in general, not just the two issues I've pointed out.
