Im thai but i hate those spammers but half of them are just a little kid if you tell them they will stop but some time there a teens that keep telling the little kid to break the rules they were the real ♥♥♥♥♥ they wont be a spammers if we stop those ♥♥♥♥♥ just ban them when you tell them to stop they all understand english but they just no doing what you say so just ban the grownups not the little kid. :D

They have a [TH] beside their name or their names have thai letters in it, name has all caps on and they micspam.

I think so, but servers are damn expensive to rent and I don't think any of us would want to host a server. I don't think it would even be 24/7. I'm thinking more of like invading thai servers for fun. Think of it, mic spamming in thai servers would get them out of there. each one of us will have to find their profile and join their games till their annoyed. Once their annoyed, they would probably get out of tf2.
