How long does it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ take to get back up -.-

WADbase VPS has gone down to a problem between Joe's hosting and my paypal account. Apparently they didn't take the payment out and didn't shut the vps down until near the end of the month, because of this I now don't have the money in my bank to pay for the VPS. The site is estimated to be down until the 2nd at the latest.
