How about a guy walks in a bar and there is a nice gal over there, sitting alone, he comes up to her and asks "Hey, cutie, what's up?" She replies with "I've been disagnosed with diabetes" He says "hey cheer up, let me order you a drink" She agreed, and so he does order her a long drink. He then says "Why are you sitting here alone?" She says "I have cancer". He coughs once but suggests going to his place. She agrees again, they come over to him and just before she slams her naked body on him on his bed, she loudly exclaims "I have AIDS as well". He then grabs her by the neck and throws out of the window. She, with her limbs broken and mouth bleeding, feebly asks "Was it because I have AIDS?" He says "No, it's because you're a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥." He spits and closes the window.
