We are going to be much more strict on staying organized and following orders,
We are no longer going to tolerate people dragin their feet constanly, when we say redeploy, you have to hit delete right then an there, get in a Galaxy right when we say it, if you constantly not following orders you will be kicked from the outfit.

Requirements: Recruiters needs to ask most of these questions.
Battle Rank of 20+
The recruiter must evaluate if they are good
They must be active at least once per week unless they give a valid excuse (vacation, etc)
Must have one class or vehicle that they specialize in
A mic is not required to be in the outfit (If they have one no squeakers)
Council Members who recruit must follow these guide lines as well.
In order to get promoted past soldier you will need a mic

Do NOT tell people that we don't need a specific class, (I've been hearing certain people telling potenial recruits that we don't need medics/engineers.),If someone meets the requirments they should be accepted regardless of what class they play.

These are the People who are the watchlist, and on the last strike for being kicked from the outfit.If you see them TKing, Trolling people, or being a ass. Tell a Council member, and they will be kicked.
