Need help with Workshop Items?

So you want to make workshop items for Unturned eh?
Such as...
CUSTOM GUNS?
CUSTOM ANIMALS?
CUSTOM RESOURCES?
CUSTOM VEHICLES? (acutally I don't know how to make this, someone might!)
