Think you've got what it takes to beat our city's finest? Create the most carnage to the city and evade our black and white army of law enforcers within ten minutes to be in the running.

Rules:
- Tier 1 car only.
- Highest cost to state wins.
- Must evade the cops within 10 minutes!

To Enter:
All entries must have a 5+ second video of the results screen uploaded to youtube. Post a link to the video in this thread. If you want to record the whole 10 minute chase you're more than welcome to and I'm sure people will enjoy it, but we only require enough video at the results screen to verify and validate entries. You can update your entry as many times as you like by editing your post here.
