Hello everyone, it's a been a long time. I've been busy with many other projects over the years and have been sharpening my skills in UE4 with much success. Recently I've been inspired to try again at recreating The Specialists and bring Trigger Hurt back to life. It's a dream that I hold dearly and TS has been my inspiration for creating games from the beginning. This has lead me to attempt to bring our fractured community together for another push and to collect as many donations as possible to reach our goal. I've been in contact with multiple proficient UE4 C++ programmers and I believe that a goal of $3,000 and royalty benefits should be enough for a lead programmer to take charge for good. As soon as we have that role filled, I'm confident I'll be able to fill in the rest of the development team with my amount of connections and contacts.

Hello my fellow sprayers, it's been awhile since I made an update, but I wanted to wait until we had much more concrete additions before making another, which now is a great time to do that. So here's our total sum for how much we got done in 2016!

We have a fully networked multiplayer first and third person shooter. Dives and slides, and rolls from slides (prone rolling). Wall jumping. Stunt chaining. Slow motion per kill. At least twelve weapons, though only two are implemented for the moment. Weapon recoil, particles, and sound fx. Projectile bullets and ricocheting. Foot step sounds by material type. Many implemented animations, of which are still work in progress, and many more to come.

All of this has been made possible by our programmers, StutterMeThis, praydog, and Knoxeh. As well as our friend Exec.Script who has been a big help since the start.

There is much to come for 2017 and we are expecting to have public prototype testing in 1-2 months. There are a couple major implementations being worked on the side in the mean time, such as networked procedural destruction and drivable vehicles, these will take a considerable amount of time but will play a major role in creating much more dynamic gameplay.

Alright lads, so good news, we've been adding to our armory lately and stocked up ourselves with the following weapons: Remington 870. AK-47. MP5 A5. Desert Eagle. G17. As for other updates, we are beginning character animations (again) next week with a promising animator with a task list that extends beyond 100 animations at the very least, but he is very interested in the project and is as excited as we are to have him on board. I can't wait to see what he will have for us for the first couple of weeks. We can also expect some fancy new sound effects added in October by the likes of Tom Wright[tomwrightsound.com], be sure to check out his work.

In the meantime we are heavily focused on implementing gameplay mechanics such as stunts and other movement based features as well as maximizing fluidity overall for smooth exchanges and air to ground transactions, etc.
