about the server, its tempting , i could do it, but the reasons why i stopped server are still there , bad documentation on the plugins , bugged plugins, our server relied on feast plugin which suddenly broke for 2 months, no replies the dev of that plugin simply wasnt there, so yeah, then we did tomato wallet in russia, which also suddenly broke , then there are the vanilla bugs, cars spinning on flat road for no reason, guns not drawing, inventories bugged, gun attachments bugged , etc, . what i did with the server was a simple approach = be there for the players a lot, dont hire other admins to prevent admin abuse , build 2 camps with nice base and feasts. if u understand all this then u can see its a eternal dilema. im waiting for 4.0 also. so yeah the answer is idk. i say no, but any day i could long for that server moments and make one. was this anser good enough for you?

unturned is being rewritten in unreal engine it looks promising to say the least. who knows this may trigger the server back in future. https://blog.smartlydressedgames.com/

Money is a problem for my family now, we had lot of spendings (vacations, school, trip, wood).
The server i had was the cheapest possible, I wanted to see how it was. Only hard thing Isaw was uploading maps, and mods. Everything else can be eaisly done if you know how to do it.
I can make the server again, but i need some money and some free time. Then it should be easy. And then it can be automated.

what i want to say with that, is that i wanted to make a server, so i did, i tried 9 months with successes and failures. maybe i make one again. but i wont make one because u tell me to. also i wont make one because u state u know its doable ,while u didnt do the server work that i did. i did it, its hard, its fun, but hard. if u want to try it, do it, but dont command others. talk for yourself. "if" and "i would" and "i will" sounds nice, but try the reality of it, then come back and tell us how it was.

u think money is the problem? 4000 players joined this server over 9 months. 100 players told me its the best they ever played and they want it back. so the motivation is there. many players of them are very talented , skilled and have $$$. yet none of them made a dedicated server, as i know of. thats odd. its easy to come here and say server can be brought back to life. try it. then talk. u say its doable. how do u know? u say if u get money u will do it. why would someone else pay for another one's server? and u had the money u had a server. why didnt u work with that one?
