Here are our options today:

#1 - RU - 11am est
#2 - RU - 12pm est
#5 - EU - 1pm est
#6 - EU - 3pm est
#7 - EU - 1pm est
#8 - US - 5pm est
#9 - US - 10am est
#10 - US - 4pm est
#15 - EU - 11am est

So if we want US, it has to be 4pm or 5pm. personally, i havent had any problems on russian or euro servers despite the 150 pings.
