Sure, you can invite your friends. If you don't know how, you can do that by going on your friends list, clicking on the arrow next to their name and hover over "Invite to Group..." and then select "The WireHeads".

No, but look for maps in TF2 starting with dr_(mapname). Since dr stands for Deathrun.
