For those of you that might be interested the devs have re-released SO under a slightly new name.... I'm not gonna be playing as its probably doomed to the same fate as the original SO.. but hey ho fill ya boots !

Hey people, Just a nudge that Goonface (Spikes_DW on steam) has been trying to organise some training sessions. Please see this thread for more details Training for the fleet

Also I would like to point out that a few members have been complaining that we are not grouping up when members are online and that people are not getting involved as a fleet in 5v5's or fleet battles.

A couple of these members left recently due to this exact issue so I'd like to address it to avoid losing any more valuable members of our fleet.

Please use groups to play together, don't ignore people who fleet chat to arrange groups and try, if there are enough online, to get in some 5v5 or fleet battles. I appreciate that fleet is challenging as its rare we have 10 online at the same time.

What I will try and do at the weekends is leave the group chatroom on in steam so that some discussion to arrange sessions and groups can happen. Please try and take a look this Sat / Sun (bear in mind I may be in the room but not here so that I can capture any chatter that happens)

We are quite an active fleet now but there are things we can do to improve so lets work on that together..

I'd really like to see some groups trying to get organised for fleet battles now.
We had a brave attempt on Friday evening with a group of 7 at novice level, but we didnt get matched...

I think we stand a better chance if we can field 10 for novice or 12 for junior, not inclined to go into senior battles unless the vets here are prepared to assemble... again we would probably need 10 players for that level...

Anyone stepping up for VA or SO could also get involved with organising fleet groups.
