for me, hud or not, tweaking the game, is not fair, play with a 100% stock game, some alias or bind of course, but not more, all be egal...

all modified hud, maybe better ? maybe pink hunter and boomer ? maybe some special infected spawn sound, happy to play against netboys ? I don't think so ( all screenshot are official fragpipe's screenshot !! )

Q: I registered a user, but I cannot make a team because I must be a „full“ user?

A: Go to your upper control panel menu, select „my profile“ and then „edit profile“. Enter your full name and Steam ID and save. You are now a „full“ user.
