Or a cool somewhat common hat?
I would choose the latter.
Many would choose the first.
But who cares.
Because hat = hat. And not 3 hats = hat.
For example, if it had been me that made the values, rhetorically speaking, I love the football helmet and dislike the party mask for spy. Its value would have been lower down and nobody could sell it, while the football helmet would be high in value.
Everybody forgets this and uses the "public" values on hats. This is where opinion has crossed the line into widely accepted fact.
