YOU WILL BE HAXED IF YOU DO MY TWO FRIENDS ACCOUNT HAS ALLREADY HAXED BEACUSE OF THAT TELL THIS TO ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS THAT PLAY AT STEAM WARN THEM !!!!!

Oci, I confirmed the romor for both of those, however the U.H.H.H.H (Halloween axe) requires refined metal, not reclaimed.
Also, to clarify the unusual hat craft:
4 Refined Metal + Unusual Metal = Spine-chilling skull OR Voodoo Juju
OR
2 Refined metal + U.H.H.H.H (Haloween axe)

and one last thing:
all 9 2010 class masks= Saxton hale mask

In lieu of the Halloween update just released, new recipes have been released for the item obtained from the newly implemented "Boss"
Rumors have it that:
4 Refined Metal + Unusual Metal yields a hat
2 Reclaimed Metal + Skullcutter + Unusual Metal yields a new axe
