We are all currently online and I think we should form a temporary digital congregation where we would be able to converse our ideas about this group- we should skype tonight.

So, currently I know that as a potential team we are apart from half of our teammates. ROSCOID is on holiday I think until Monday 28th and Chaz Gaming (not yet aware of our group's existence nor has he agreed to join us) will be back from Italy Wednesday 30th although he and I will be going to Bimble Bandada http://www.bimblebandada.com/ which happens from Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd so from now until the week after next we will be missing teammates. Even still regular practice and training should be carried out through this time so play a bit of MGE and join in with some TF2Center lobbies.

Another issue still remains though, we need more people, currently we still doubt that Chaz Gaming will be able to join us for UGC Autumn and we have no subs.

I don't really know why but I think we should do some 2v2 on koth_harvest, it would be fun and good practice. I don't know when but I will speak to you people and we can hopefully schedule this.

This is a temporary group created to organise and plan practice as a team. ROSCOID, Hyper10Dude and I will start another group when we have a name and we are all able to work on the team but until then this group will be used for scheduling any practice and discussion.

Incase you are not aware we are planning to enter UGC Steel Autumn this year and do so as a team. So far the team is not complete but will probably include Me, Hyper10Dude, ROSCOID11, trebor4482 and Mentalnest.

Another player, Chaz Gaming is on holiday and we have no contact with him until he returns. We expect him to be back next week but have no definite date. We suspect he will join us and gladly so, although it seems unlikely that he will be able to get much practice for some time and he will most likely be unable to join us in the upcoming tournament.

As a team we have decided to remove the possibility of including players with less than 100 hours playtime due to the fact that they are too unexperienced and will be unable to be ready in time for the tournament. Another problem with these players is that they are dissallowed from participating in competitive lobbies on TF2Center which we plan to use for practice.

One crucial member of our team is me, ledgaru, I have been playing an important role in the planning and creation happening amongst our members; organising the team, writing and drawing up plans and working to help us all improve our skills in order to become a team with some chance. But all of my work would never have begun without ROSCOID and Hyper10Dude who have both been essential in the starting of the team and I think we should all remember that the initial ideas were all bravely thought of by these two.

For this team so far I have created various documents that by keeping a track of what we can do, are able to help me suggest methods of improving how we play.

As you have probably noticed this anoncement does not include any sort of plan when it comes to how we play, but rather is designed to inform us all on the future of our team, which I have good hope for.
