Neurofo has set up some time for us to get into the league server this evening and get familiar with Yukon. If you havent been on the map before you really need to take this opportunity and get in there.

That said, I am not sure I will be able to make it tonight. Wife is going to be in town and havent seen her in almost two months, so don't count on me being there.

I will post it up in events once Russkie or Sandman gets back to me with it being finalized.

Some of you may have heard, some not...but tiddy has been disqualified for the rest of season 1 since it was for edgegamers members only and he has left eGO. I sent a pm to Scrappy about adding Darrin for the rest of this season and then talked with Sandman once I got the official DQ letter for tiddy. Sandman has approved Darrin being added to the team for the rest of this season.

I also know OSVG is busy getting settled in at college so he has been busy. What I need to know is what is up with everyone else, struggling to make sure we have a full team on game night is no fun at all. I send out pm's to everyone at least two days in advance and get very little response. Please respond to me or Neurofo in pm or here in this group(thats what its for).

What is it with custom maps for the finals? Custom maps will NEVER be as balanced as Valve maps. Why would they decide to use them in the finals? I could sort of understand using them in the normal season, but in the playoffs?

We will be playing Inflated eGO in the semifinals. They beat undefeated Victorious Secret and this will be on a map I am sure most of you havent seen. Neurofo can you let us know when they have the map on the league server so we can all get in there and get it and have a look around.

Also Ithe Capt of Inflated and I have agreed to Thursday at 8pm Eastern/7pm Central and have already submitted our PMs to the EC team, so hopefully we get that time since only one other match this week. So guys be prepared for this match, should be tougher than this last week playing one man down.

Its all Tiddy, Spartan Warrior and OSVG's fault that WE HAD A POINT SCORED ON US. We almost quit right there when that happened, it nearly broke us. You guys should have heard Mentalsoul crying about us giving up that one point. SHEESH! =P

Well I had agreed to a Thursday mevening match but because the other team was slow another team beat us to the punch and got the slot. So now I am once again waiting for a response from the other team on when they can play. not sure what day/time it will be as they are slow as ♥♥♥♥ in responding.

On another note, any of you can set up a time to meet up to see the map or scrim. you dont need me to do that. Just check to see who is on and then start sending out steam messages to those on and get them involved in a practice. Most of you are eGOs and are there for a reason, you have shown some semblence of leadership, so show it and set something up.

Finally found out who our first victims in the playoffs Captain is, so am shooting for Thursday at 8pm eastern/7pm central for our match time. Hope that works for everyone.

playoffs are here...oh yay we dropped from an 8th seed in the original playoffs standings to 9th with the most up to date one...a 1-3 team placed 8th...LOLOLOL What a joke fo a ratings system.

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea.

I think its good to spend like 15 - 20 minutes prior to the match just going over the map and any strats that might be necessary...especially when playing some of the better teams(like our week 4 match).

Yeah, honestly i don't think we need much practice...but playing is just fun

Just noticed your post Neurofo, further back. Practice can be great for us to build chemistry. I still feel that, though we are good, we don't really know our team well.

In response to the link, I actually don't think we need to practice unless we're going to be playing a map that one, some, or all of us are a little iffy about when it comes to what tactics/strategy should be used. We survived so far, and that's been without practice. I honestly think that we're good enough to forgo practice unless it's necessary for a certain reason (like the above mentioned reason or others). What do you guys think?.

i really can't do afternoon this week, until sunday afternoon.

I'm out of town on Saturday and I don't know what time I'll be back home on the Sunday, so I might not be able to make an Afternoon Sunday match

this first match is going to be a pain to scehdule. Most of aDT is in europe and the times a ref is available is late for them. So right now it is looking like either Monday/Tuesday/Sunday Afternoon...
