Changes to Epic Fail

Hi all,

As a result of dropping both teams from the CG ladder, we have decided we would like to see the old Epic Fail back... the Epic Fail that was a group of friends playing together, racing together, the odd scrim here and there, and wearing the tag with pride.

Lately we feel that our reputation has been tarnished not only by certain CG related events, but also members here failing to represent us as for who we really are.

Having said that, I would like all those who no longer take interest in the group to remove your 'clan tag' and remove yourself from the group. For those who don't care enough to read this we will just kick them. Anyone else we have issues with will get kicked also.

I think thats all, so i'll be seeing those of you who stay in a race or general game or maybe even scrim some time, with your tags trying to bring our rep back to what it used to be, all while having fun in the process!

Hey guys and gals

Hows everyone doing? Hope all is well in the land of the epic fail clan. Im stressed to the max with 3 assignments due in like 4 days haha. but all is good since my course ends next week :D.

Right okay the point of this announcement is too see how everyone is feeling about the ladder and whether they wanna leave it now. If so let me know and we'll sort it out.

Oh yeah i wanna plan a night of fun matches with the clan which I will also be participating in too hehe. so let me know when you guys wanna do them.

Practise Session for Team EF! Tomorrow Night!

Tomorro night there will be a practice session for those in the EF! team for sundays match against Ninja Ultimate Power. The team will be Yoshi, Ras, Meg and Reaper. If any of these members cant play on sunday night then let me or mojo know and Soviet will replace them.

Time of practice session tomorro will be at 7pm. Its just so that you know the team better and be able to work together to the fullest.

CGo: EF! Vs #Sharp

Hey i just wanna congratulate the guys that played in tonights match. even though it was abit rough at first. the team was Ras, Yoshi, Meg aka Wench and Reaper. They won their match making the team quit after lvl 3. ANDDDDDD they beat them tht bad tht the team #sharp actually quit the ladder hahahaha.

Well done guys you did really well!!

CGo: <Eat Fruit!> vs The Wombles Results

So after the server crashed for us last week, we finally had a rematch of sorts. Also this was the first match for <Eat Fruit?>.

We won 1113 > 235. It was good a good match, though something I noticed we did a few times was not sticking together, which I think we all did at one point or another.

I did initially try to record the match, which did work.. its just too hard to put together the way I did it.. and for what? I'm not sure anyone would view it ;). But the next match I'll record better for sure.

I've been somewhat of a downer for the past few days and I've only recently come out of my blue shell. I feel inspired artistically and I'm starting to think our current logo is a bit.... too much.

An image of a dog representing Baphomet is so damn weird and irrelevant to... everything! That's not always a bad thing but I really think we deserve a better concept.

So, in the next few days, I'll be coming up with a few new ideas, and I'll need help from you guys. Feel free to pitch in your ideas, I'll take them all into consideration (within reason).

PS: this isnt restricted to the main logo. If the EF? ladder team wants a logo, feel free to request it.

Hey guys, I think it's time to clear a few things up...

As most of you know we created a second ladder team, mainly for the fact that we had an overwhelming amount of people that wanted to play.

After discussing it with a few of you and getting -some- feedback, it was decided that we have a 1st and 2nd division of some sorts. The <Eat Fruit?> team is the main competing team and <Epic Fail!> also competing but holds the pool of players as well. And if there's enough player interested there's really no reason why we can't have a third team for the ladder too.

The tags is something that needs to be cleared up. The original tag was <Epic Fail!>, now people are generally using <EF!>. You may have noticed the tag <EF?>.. or even the tag <EF‽>(thanks emma.). Basically <EF?> is for the eat fruit team on the ladder.. ultimately that's all its for, it doesn't mean some special ef group like some seem to think. It's for competitive purposes only, not to say you're not allowed to wear it outside comps, it just doesn't mean anything.

As far as I'm concerned wearing the <EF!> tag is not required(unless in comps or scrims). Although we certainly do encourage it.

On a side note, just remember to be friendly to each other. As moe has said on many occasions we're somewhat like a big family! With that being said, if you do have any issues what so ever with what I've said in this post or the ladder in general or anything clan related even. Don't hesitate to talk to one of us.. I'm sure even if it's not clan related we can try to help ;D!
