Hi All!

What a turnout!

Earlier in the day, neo and bushku asked me why I set the server player limit to 12 .. " ... it saves resources, we'll never have that many on at once anyway..."

Famous last words, we hit 12 and additional players were rejected. Oops, sorry guys!

In a heated night of 6v6 team fortressing, some great team play came to the fore. At one point, my team (BLU, Goldrush) had 3 medics, each paired with either a Soldier or Heavy (nice work with the minigun kintoc) and this combination was used to devastating effect against the hapless REDs!!!

Microphones also helped with co-ordinated assaults - I got mine for $3 from MSY so no excuses!!!

We also have to welcome the addition of Lupco Trpeski (aka |[unl33t]|), welcome aboard and thanks for joining! You get a leave pass from scoring n00b of the round as it is your first week, next time its fair game!!!

A special mention has to go out to RaVeN - despite not finishing on top, he produced some team winning moves such as an awesome engie/shotgun defense of the cart just before the finish line, while I watched on from the ashes..., nice work RaVeN!

LOW's:
* all-talk & party mode killing our server 30min into gameplay :(
* having to leave :(

* 6v6 teaming, big battles!

Hi All!

With more and more players on the team list, it was about time to get a formal Steam group together for Sun. Check out the Sun_ANZ group page next time you are online, contribute to the group announcements page, create an event, chat, etc.

Make sure you have all the other Sun people added to your Steam Friends list - You can unlock an Achievement when you play a round with 7 or more people from your Friends list!

Ugly round for 2 reasons:

-> STEAM wouldn't bloody work for me until almost 7PM (hence the lack of competition until then....)
-> Keyboarding Tampering - this started with Darko clicking my right-mouse button and subsequently deploying my UBER in the setup phase.... then ended with bashprompt & neo fighting over each other's keyboards to kill each other....

HIGH's:
* no spawn camping
* fair, competitive teaming

LOW's:
* keyboard tampering
* STEAM STEAM STEAM argh!

This Round's MVP: bushku
(highest score two weeks running - a real force to be reckoned with, but after getting MVP 2 weeks in a row, bushku might be in for some extra special attention this week...)
(even deploying my UBER during setup just to piss me off, wasn't enough to stop you getting MVP mate!)

This Round's n00b: hardlinux
(despite a big improvement over previous games, more time online destroying rather than chatting is required!)
