Just visit the discord in the post below you NoHumbleOpinion. You'll be able to read both ingame and outgame roleplay in the respective channels. Which will be easier to explain it here.
Besides that, people on the discord will answer any questions you got almost instantly.

Me and my friends will be starting a new game played two times a week. The start date and all the vital information will be agreed on soon, but for now whoever wants to sign up, design their race and provide backstory for your race, then feel free to do so.

YES! I got to preorder Stellaris and support Paradox with yet another (hopefully) fantastic game of their creation.
So I was cleaning up our bedroom and found my senior high-school yearbook. Guess what I found? $150 just laying inside it. ^.^
I realized I put it there for something but I have no idea what it was for now.
