Yes, the only exeption is Hydra keys. CS:GO keys refers to any type of key. =)

Gems can be used to create Booster Packs for specific games. Booster Packs can then be opened to get a few cards for a certain game. You can also sell them on the Steam Market and use them to Level Up. Besides that there isn't much use. If you're planning on converting your cards into gems you're better off using our site though, converting cards to gems in your Steam Inventory will give you a lot less gems.

What can i do with Gems?

Good luck! Our site adjusts the price of sets based on how many of those sets we own, since going from level 115 to 300 takes quite some sets you are very likely to receive some discount :)
