Also - Server updated with newest revision of Arctic (koth_arctic_b3) and I've added the other UGC configs to the sm_admin menu, just in case.

[XIRP] is bad at making demos and never restarted their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ server before the match so there is at least 12 hours of demos to sort through. Here are my demos only from my POV.
