Help! every time I try to join I get "Player list and queue are now full" even when there is plenty of room please help I want to join.

I am banned for 355 days on the server but i never even played on it.
The reason is:16000.If this server maybe had a different name then i could have gotten banned but if it was space rp all along then i dont know why i am banned.Can anyone help me please
