Space Farmers is being released today!

I bought a copy on Desura so that one can be on my wife's computer and one on mine. Then I can play with the kids.

Hi everyone, thanks again for joining the group - we've had 200 more votes on the Greenlight campaign since our last update here taking us to 2400 votes!

A lot of this was thanks to the i50 exhibition earlier this month which was really fun to be at!

We've got some exciting news in the upcoming weeks including a very public Alpha release and also details on new features we've added to Space Farmers recently!

So I guess I should post a bit of incidental news:

We're working towards a free alpha prototype version at the moment. This is for a couple of major reasons.

Firstly we want you to be able to try the game out! We're still getting some fantastic responses from people who are playing the game and we want that to continue :)

Secondly we've been working hard at getting the networking up and running the last week or so. Getting this working smoothly is obviously really important.

Stay tuned and invite your friends into the group so we can all play together soon! :)
