If, say, the uruk Babu the Dancer kills you in your game there will be a chance that Babu will appear in your friends game and they will have a chance to avenge you by killing him. Or if TingTing the Tiny manages to get the better of me, there is a chance he (or she?) may appear in your game for you to slay in honour of my death.

Pretty sure there are "Community" events too so that people without SoM friends can still avenge random players.

That's what I've heard/read so far anyway.
